1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or customized items.
- Items on clearance or marked as "final sale."
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at Support@tinytotee.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Processing time for refunds: 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
