1. Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must:
    • Be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items on clearance or marked as "final sale."

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at Support@tinytotee.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Processing time for refunds: 7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
  • If you wish to exchange, please email us at Support@tinytotee.com with photos of the issue for verification.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include photos of the damage/defect and your order number for quick resolution.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank or payment provider.
