If more than 12 hours have passed, the order may already be processed and shipped, making cancellation unavailable.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may follow our return policy once you receive the item.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders

4. Exceptions

Personalized or customized items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
