At Tinytotee we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • If more than 12 hours have passed, the order may already be processed and shipped, making cancellation unavailable.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

  • To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [Support Email] with your order details.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may follow our return policy once you receive the item.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

4. Exceptions

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

  • Orders marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
